A miscommunication between the management and crew resulted in an incomplete job. We paid promptly and in full regardless. My husband, a disabled veteran, and I felt taken advantage of especially when the management called us after the job, complaining to me that she was upset about a review. The tone and words she used were very unprofessional, disrespectful and unwarranted. Luke 6: 29-30

As we stated before you and your husband wanted to take this disadvantage from our workers, wanting to add more work into the price, we arenÂ’t going to tolerate people that are wanting to take this disadvantage of my workers were a family company and we had the right to be upset , if our words came out as unprofessional and disrespectful itÂ’s because we had the right to be upset that you guys wanted to take this disadvantage. The crew was amazing. Got a big tree down in a tight spot without incident and clean up was impressive. Showed up earlier than promised and knocked it out. Thanks for the great job guys.

Originally we scheduled a large Ash tree and stump removal for Oct. 2, however due to stormy weather forecast, Absolute contacted my and requested to do the job a day early. I agreed and they came in and had the tree, stump and complete clean-up done in about 2 1/2 hours, great job from a hard working crew.
