John came out to repair some fascia board behind the gutter. Once the gutter was down, he found bad face boards and the plywood above the soffit was bad. He rang for me to come see, and a new price was readily agreed upon. (The pricing is appropriate) The work was still completed that day, and he cleaned after himself!! Very pleased with result.
