We've had leaks in our bedroom ceilings and we saw that Nest was highly rated so recently reached out to Nest Exteriors. They communicated extremely well with the schedule and next steps. Miguel was our point of contract and he was outstanding. When their crew came to our house they were very professional and took their time. They actually uncovered that our issue was actually a problem with condensation coming from our Air Conditioning Unit. They spent a lot of time inspecting hard to reach areas in the attic. Even though it took them a while to do the inspection, they did not charge us for their time. I totally recommend this company.

Nest came by and conducted a 90 minute inspection of my roof and gave me an exhaustive report with an estimate for both repair and replacement. I went with the repair which was carried out by a conscientious, competent team. In the dubious universe of roofing services, these guys are a welcome option.

Just book JGL. I only wish all contractors were this straightforward to deal with. Robert and his crew are professional and respectful. The price was also fair (dont be cheap!) and the work was excellent quality. They came highly recommended by my neighbors (who have a beautiful home) and now I can see why. Robert is already very communicative/responsive if you have any concerns. Billing/payment was also very convenient. Contract was written and documented clearly with pictures and price breakdown. No hard sell on Robert's part (I can see why he wouldnt need to). The work, the interaction, the professionalism. It all speaks for itself. I'll be recommending JGL to everyone I know.

Wow, first time that I have been completely satisfied with a contractor. Robert was very professional, explained the entire process and followed up (quickly) with a detailed proposal/potential solutions. The crew was efficient, worked cleanly, didnâ  t disrupt any of my exterior plantings/yard, not to mention Great results and very detailed. If only all contractors were of this caliber. My sister had JGL Roofing look over her home last year and was told that she didn't need a new roof, only a few patches. Therefore when our roof needed replacing, I knew I wanted to get an estimate from them due to their honesty! I obtained 4 estimates and decided to use JGL Roofing because Robert, (owner) was honest, very likeable, went the extra mile to explain and answer all my questions (in a simplistic way so I could understand), emailed me photos of my roof's trouble spots so I could show my husband, and in this day of Covid-19 came to my door holding a Clorox Wipe canister. When he handed me their brochure, he grasped it with a Clorox wipe. I really, really appreciated that! Robert's crew did a fantastic job! My husband is very picky and he gave them a thumbs up. Our roof looks amazing, the crew was respectful, hard working and when they were done, the deck/yard looked better than when they arrived, as they did a great clean up job. I also noticed they cleaned out our gutters before they packed up. Robert said they always do that for their customers. Robert was in touch with me throughout the job and quickly answered any questions I had. My neighbor commented how quiet the crew was as she expected to hear loud music and lots of yelling....there was none of that! We are very pleased with our new roof and the roof they put on our shed.

JGL replaced my roof. JGL was every easy to communicate with prior to installation, and their prices were fair. What I liked most though was JGL's follow up after the installation. During installation, my older walkway cracked underneath their truck, and they immediately contacted me to let me know they were on top of repairing it. The repair was done quickly, and I never had to ask for anything from JGL. That kind of experience feels rare, and it left a big impression on me. I would highly recommend JGL.
