JDI did a great job remodeling our rental house that needed a lot of work. They put in new floors, completely redid the kitchen and bathrooms. They also painted the entire interior. We had great communication and everything turned out fantastic.

We did a complete home remodel using JDI construction. Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. Overall we love our remodel!

I worked with Art and his team on a kitchen remodel and I am SO impressed! From the start he had such quick turnaround with being able to give a bid, and once we were ready to start construction the entire project was done in about two months - so quick considering how big this project was! We completely redid the layout of the kitchen and it looks amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. So pleased with the process and the final result. I found JDI Construction thru a supplier's recommendation. Services included kitchen and bathroom remodeling, garage drywall installation and ceiling painting. Remodeled all bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room floors with LVT. Within a month, they finished exactly what I expected to without any delay. The project manager Eric was very good at scheduling for every piece of installation. Art's team was very professional and worked hard to satisfy the customers requirements. I am very happy with the quality work they delivered. I want to say thank you to the team members and wish them the best for Art and JDI Family.
