JDI came recommended by a real estate agent. They have been professional, timely and very easy to work with. The workers have been polite and have done nice work !

I chose JDI because they were the only contractor who showed up on time when I was getting estimates. Every other company who gave me a bid was late or didn't show at all. Now that we are on the other side of our whole house remodel I can say that I made the correct choice! JDI was responsive, timely, and easy to work with. They did great work, and treated us like family. If you are worried about doing business with a contractor, don't be, just choose JDI.

JDI did a total bathroom remodel and replaced the fireplace and the tile surrounding it for us. I designed the projects and am thrilled with the finished work. JDI helped guide me through the project and offered great advice when needed. The crew was professional, talented and very pleasant to work with. Once the project started, it continued daily without delay until it was finished. Alex was great at communicating updates on a daily basis, which was much appreciated. I am very happy with JDI and look forward to working with them again in the future. I absolutely love our bathroom now, thank you JDI! 1

My experience with JDI was stellar! All of the workmen were very skilled and polite; anything short of perfection was not allowed. Alex was always considerate, always available for questions and surveyed the job daily. Violet, was always available as well and brought me samples of tile and answered questions as well. The final project, a new kitchen, is beautiful and looks like something out of Pinterest or a magazine. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a few weeks and I couldn't be happier! My son who is an architect said that finding a company like JDI was almost unheard of today and that I was very lucky to find them. lI couldn't agree more.

I worked with JDI to remodel my guest bathroom - it was a total replacement. They were very flexible and worked quickly to stay on schedule as much as possible to get it done. Their workmanship was second to none. They are an all in one company where they can do and install everything - shower doors, cabinetry, tile, plumbing etc. If I had a question or concern, they worked quickly to resolve it. They also stayed on budget which I really appreciated. I recommend JDI Construction highly as an easy to work with, reasonable, family run company.

Having renovated 4 homes in 4 decades, my husband & I are not new to the process. Our design plans required taking our dated kitchen down to the studs, changing the awkward footprint, building custom cabinetry & installing new appliances. We got 3 bids, all of which were within our budget. But JDI had a plan to finish the job in 2 months, while the others required 3-4 months to complete. Their schedule was aggressive but seemed doable. Their project mgr, Eric, was very buttoned-up and a good communicator. His crews were on time and, when necessary, worked on weekends to stay on schedule. They are true craftsmen & our kitchen is beautiful! So glad we chose them!

Art, Erick, and the JDI team recently did a great job renovating our Kitchen and master bath. The finished product came out beautiful. We had a few hiccups as Iâ m sure any project like this does but in the end Erick and Art addressed any issues promptly . This project finished not only on time, but within budget which is a huge deal in the world of renovations. JDI is efficient in their work and communicates very well. We had a group text going between myself, my wife, and Erick which made communication a breeze through the entire project. My wife and I did this whole update without a designer. Erik helped us with some of the design decisions and was very helpful bringing some of our design ideas to life. In the end we are very happy we chose JDI for this project and would happily use them again in the future.

Eric, Art, & team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They did an entire kitchen remodel for us that included removing a wall and we are so happy with the result. If we would have known how great they were to work with, we would have tackled this project years sooner. Our go to guys for any future projects!

JDI recently completed a major remodel in Vancouver WA. They updated the kitchen with new custom walnut cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, and they remodeled two and a half bathrooms with new custom vanities, granite countertops, mirrors, lighting, porcelain floor-and-shower tiles, and a classic bathtub in the master bathroom. They even painted the entire townhome and gave it a deep cleaning. Art and Alex did a great job. Art gave good suggestions and helped pick out materials and appliances that fit my budget. Alex supervised the work and made sure everything was completed on time. The place looks beautiful. Although were not the cheapest bid, but they did very high quality work and have a top notch team. I highly recommend this team.
