Art arrived promptly for our estimate appointment. He quoted us a very competitive price. Work began 2 business days later. Throughout the process, Art was very attentive with all our questions. All of the workers were very polite and friendly. The tile work done by Michael is beautiful. We would absolutely use JDI Construction again in the future if needed.

JDI had remodeled our bathroom and we loved the job they did... and we decided to have them do another job for us before they left! Our kitchen floor was in dire need of being redone, especially since the "squeaking" had really been bothering us for ages and the linoleum needed to be changed (to Lifeproof luxury vinyl). It took him a couple days but Victor, an expert in this type of work, turned our kitchen floor into one that not only doesn't squeak but is beautiful as well. WE ARE VERY PLEASED with the job JDI did with our bathroom, kitchen floor, and we will hire them again if/when we need work done that's in their "wheelhouse". WE have met/observed about 10 of their employees and ALL have done excellent work. Arthur has faithfully stayed in touch throughout the entire process and that has made a big difference in the overall positive experience we've had with JDI!!

From the quote through the entire installation process they were professional and communicative with recommendations and any foreseeable issues. Our existing carpet and hard wood floors were removed and new vinyl plank flooring was installed fast and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the outcome!! Definitely would recommend!

Great company to work with. On time every day. Minimal disruption. Actually contracted to have them do a couple if extra flooring jobs and will rehire when it's time to finish my basement. The end result is spectacular. Highly recommended.

I TRULY get it! Before hiring JDI I read many reviews and most were 5 star reviews.... MANY were reviews by people who were having them continue and do a kitchen or another bathroom .... I GET IT! I have another project in mind that I hope to hire them for SOON!! If some of the reviews sound too good to be true it's because Arthur K and his team of craftsmen are ALMOST too good to be true! ALMOST.... trust me when I tell you these guys seem to really enjoy what they do AND are proud of their work! I am not related to any of them, nor did I know of any of them prior to this job, but I am so proud that I was able to hire and meet each of them. As a former teacher who taught for 12 years in Eastern Europe (all those who spent time in our home are of Eastern European heritage) I found their efforts to be on a par with those of my best students during those amazing years of teaching abroad! Art runs the show by keeping you informed (regularly) about who will be here and when. AND they know what to do and they know exactly what they are doing.....what a pleasure to enjoy the expertise each of them exhibits!! My wife and I are so pleased with our NEW bathroom and it is so much better than we ever envisioned before we met Art and his TEAM.... he made several recommendations along the way, all so sensible yet NO PRESSURE and very reasonable in cost as well. My best recommendation I can give you if you are looking for an excellent company to remodel your bathroom, as we were, is JDI (Just Do It)... hire these gentlemen and enjoy the entire process as they transform what you have into something you REALLY want, THEN you have that product to enjoy for MANY years to come!! However, please hold off and wait until Art and gang have finished their next job for me first!! I found some of the work especially enlightening when I realized how far they had driven to work in my Kalama home AND how large some of their families are that they are supporting in this process. Remarkable work by some very remarkable people!! Do yourself a favor, hire JDI, Just Do It!!

Art and the entire crew were once again the best. Tile setters, plumbers, drywall, demo, general contractor, all did a stellar job. When they said they'd be there, they were. All the men were true craftsman. We highly recommend JDI for all your remodel jobs, you won't go wrong

Great people to work with. Their ideas helped make our kitchen and bathroom remodel outstanding. They communicate well, keep the jobsite clean, and do exceptional work. They work well with their subcontractors so things are done in a timely fashion. The prices were fair and were well explained so no surprises. Use their experience and accept their suggestions: we love our undermount sink in the quartz countertops and switching the shower for the laundry area proved to be brilliant! We do recommend them very highly. Enjoyed their company as well. The gentleman we worked with, Arthur K. is a gem, but they all were a pleasure to meet.
