Jose Juarez and his crew were totally professional. They showed up when they promised, worked hard and worked to completion, all in one day. They came with equipment tailored to the job. The crew did excellent work, cleaned up very well and seemed to care a lot about their work quality and image. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Jose and his team are very professional. He gave me a great quote and he did exactly as I asked. They were late getting started, but they worked through 2 down pours and still got the job done by the time it was getting dark. They are very hard workers, cleaned up every branch that was cut. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.

When they came to perform the work (trim the bushes), there were only two workers who could not speak English. The boss (who spoke fluent English and was the one I interacted with to perform the job) did not show up until two hours later. It was very difficult to tell the two workers how I wanted the shrubs trimmed. The boss needed to be there (but he was on another job I think). it was also interesting that the initial quote came in at $500 (pretty high for this job), but I told him that I had another company that quoted $200, but I had to wait 10 days to get the job done. I told him I would give him the job for $200 if he could do the job in the next day or two. So he ended up doing the job for $200 and the job was done two days later. The workers had never trimmed bushes before (I guess they work mainly on trees), but he got the job done. I would say the work quality was O.K., but I have had other companies do a better job (in terms of not leaving dead branches on the shrubs and cleaning up).
