J&C kept me informed on arrival time and offered to reschedule when the cold weather put them behind on other jobs. Mr. Juarez followed up with a phone call a week later to insure my satisfaction on the work done. The crew was quick and cleaned up the work site all at a reasonable price.

Mr. Juarez is very customer service oriented. There was a problem on this job but it was worked out and he was very professional and willing to do what ever was needed to correct the problem. They had a bit of a problem grinding the stump due to the location of the stump and some large roots going under the concrete parking lot. They were not able to finish the job on the same day but they did just as they said, came back to get the addition roots that were sticking up and removed mulch leaving the area presentable. The work crew was very courteous, and they were prepared with a bucket truck and clean up tools . The only thing that was a small problem for us was that they came a day before the scheduled time and I was not notified. The crew had a problem knowing which tree needed to be removed and started removing branches on the wrong tree. Luckily, We were driving by and saw the bucket truck at the property and went to check what was going on because the appt to remove the tree was for the next day. The workers immediately stopped and contacted Mr. Juarez, cleaned that area up and then with our direction proceeded to cut down the correct tree. I will use them again and see how the next job goes. Courtesy and customer service go a long way.

J&C Tree Experts did a great job removing a maple tree from my yard. The guys really are efficient, professional and courteous. Took great care not to cause any damage in a tight area to work around. Cut down the tree, cleaned up, and hauled it away. Highly recommend them. Thanks Alex!

The the large tree I needed removed was near power lines. I was impressed by the skill they used in operating a very large bucket truck to cut the upper sections of the tree, with the truck still on the street, and still avoiding the power lines. They were very professional and courteous. In the future, I plan on using them to cut other trees on the property.
