John called me before the appointment to get a better idea of what I needed done. He was knowledgeable on the phone and gave me an estimate of the project. John came at the agreed upon time, assessed the work that I needed, and even recommended a change that at the end worked out for the best. He was able to get an unsightly coax cable patched in closer to where it can be used by a cable modem and was done in less than one hour. He made sure everything was working before he left. He even attached the coax splitter to the ceiling that was just hanging there. I would highly recommend him!

The work was done very promptly. He fixed my computer (Windoes 10-induced crash) in my home, and helped me recover all of the data from my hard disk before the operating system was reinstalled.

While JBR wasn't able to solve my computer issue, he gave it 100% effort. The "C" drive was gone. He picked up and delivered my laptop and he kept me informed during the process of trying to repair it.

John was earlier than expected but called ahead to see if it was okay to come early. He was very professional, thorough and polite. He left everything in working order and left no trash behind. His price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on him again.
