Mike responded to my request immediately, set up an appointment to look at my job and give an estimate right away, and then completed the work in 4 days. Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid. Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. He left the work area clean when he left. I highly recommend Mike and Jax Mechanical.

I would absolutely use Jax Mechanical in the future. Justin and Zac were very professional and thorough. I was very hesitant, due to a previous bad encounter with Service Master. Justin and Zac were patient and not condescending. Michael was quick with the bid/estimate and I am grateful for their service. If you need a water heater installed, be assured that Jax Mechanical is the only call you need to make.

Called in the morning to be sure it was OK if they were a little late. Arrived exactly when said. Friendly answered all our questions.Definitely knew their job. They made sure everything was clean when they left. A little mark off as we are waiting for them to add a little drain pipe from the pan under the tank.
