Working with Al was fantastic; he’s incredibly smart and hardworking— and is also great at explaining things, which made the entire process so much easier.. We first worked with him a while ago, when we asked him to do a mold inspection. He came, tested the air, but also gave us pointers for how we could easily reduce moisture on each floor of our rowhouse (including our unfinished basement). Later, when we had a leaky pipe that led to major issues with our living room ceiling, he was amazing. We called him at 10pm after we had discovered the flood and he and his team were there before 9 the next morning. He responded to every question and concern immediately and did a great job keeping my husband and I updated on what was going on. He got us an estimate quickly, worked with our insurance company, and finished the job in far less time than I had thought was possible. I plan to recommend J&A in the future to anyone who has to deal with mold or leaks!

Al and John were awesome.They were very informative, very thorough, very neat, very efficient, and did excellent work. Their price was very reasonable. They explained everything they were going to do, everything they did, and what to expect. I will certainly recommend them to friends needing mold inspection. or remediation work. I learned so much about mold and spores from them as well. If I could give them more than five stars I would do that.
