I hired Steve to tear out and replace my mom's very steep stairs on her manufactured home with safety being the #1 priority, and add rails and roofs to front and back. He did a fantastic job, and stayed within budget and schedule, and kept his worksite super clean. Even my very difficult 82yr. old mother was happy!

Our contractor was so great! We have used him on several projects and he has never disappointed!! Would highly recommend.

Yes, we had 2 rental houses completely remodeled in Eugene in preparation to sell. Iron wood had also done miscellaneous work on other rentals and built a storage shed on our personal home property and installed a lovely gazebo.

Steve came over to build a fence for me, he insisted the gate be made of wood when every other contractor said to use metal. When it was finished it looked beautiful but within a year the gate has warped and is no longer secure. I told him last year about this but he is building a home in Kentucky and so I had to wait for him, I sent pictures and waited patiently for him, I was beginning to feel like he wasn't going to make this right and wow I was right. I paid a lot of money for this and he has NO intention of making this right. Do NOT TRUST HIM !!!

Ironwood did a fantastic job of installing 2 pre-hung doors and a custom installed front door. The staff were very patient and helpful as we had to pivot a few times on how the front door install could be accomplished amid challenging limitations in the framing. We are very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again!

We were honestly stunned by the beauty and precision of the deck Ironwood built for us. Rails sanded with the edges rounded. Simple, straight, long lines. These guys know what they are doing. Nails tucked inside for a smooth view that is restful to the eye. We are flabbergasted and so are our friends. This team went above and beyond to do the job in a very short time without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Steve even gave us money back at the end since we made some adjustments that required less hardware. We cannot recommend Ironwood highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

Steve is excellent and a man of his word. He followed through with everything from the schedule to the details of the job. Heâ s a good communicator. Donâ t hesitate to hire him for any of your jobs.
