Integrity Exterior Solutions is one of the best companies for roofing, gutter and excellent siding services. Our area had a problem with channels in our vicinity.They helped us to build seamless gutters and solved our problems.

Bad customer service in my experience. I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give me a quote but I never heard anything back so I called the company to follow up and still have not gotten a response.

Company was very poor at answering and returning calls. Went long periods of time without updates on my jobs status. Had to call and email multiple times just to get answers. Put the actual installer in a bad spot. He however was very nice and hard working.

The craftsmanship deserves a higher rating than I gave. I had my house sided and my windows replaced. The work was done efficiently. I was frustrated with having to call to find out about when materials were to be delivered and when to expect the work to begin. As a customer I expect to be kept informed every step of the way and my calls responded to in a timely matter.
