Josh and his team just completed our retirement home remodel and did a fantastic job. He took our ideas and improved upon them with his creative suggestions. The attention to detail was outstanding. He worked with us completely within our budget and kept cost in mind as we went along. He turned a small bathroom into a gorgeous laundry room and added a new half bath. He updated our fireplace wall from granite to stone and it was better than we expected. His knowledge of everything kept our plans realistic. Josh and his team were highly professional throughout the entire remodel and his contractors were the same. We highly recommend him and will be using him again for future projects.

Original job was to add roof to our deck. But went above and beyond and filled my requests to put new siding on deck area and also on our front porch. Electrical and gutters taken care of. Did every thing for us and more. All work done was excellent. Will hire them again when we start our next project. Integrity was great.

Josh talked a big game about experience and getting the details right but we have a long list of fixes on our deck and stairs. Sloppy work on the stairs especially. Our upper deck is not centered with the lower deck so the stair in between sits inside on the right and hangs over on the left. The stair platform is not square to the house so the handrails are not aligned right. The stair posts had to be completely removed - the post support midway down was not touching the ground even! Not one post was level or even with the opposite side. On top of all the mistakes, he ordered way too much material. I cannot return the 70 unused balusters. 70! I wish we could get our money back.

Not an accurate story. All posts were well supported and handrails were up to code. I arrived to work one morning and the homeowner was actually taking apart the handrails with pieces all over. I made it clear that I was still in process of working and the project was not complete. As for the sloppy cuts and lower deck being off center. This just was not the case. Both owners mentioned many times how nice everything was and how great it looked. To much material was ordered because the project changed on a daily basis. I told the homeowner I was happy to return all left over material and give a credit. Which I was told to only return the decking boards and leave the rest as they wanted to do some other home projects. I did give a credit for that wood i returned as promised. In the end i have never had any issues with a single homeowner. Yes, things come up and nobody is perfect but I always take care of any concerns that the homeowner might have. From the start of this project I was being pressured to charge less and do more. I have tons of excellent recommendations from other projects.
