We were extremely impressed by Bob and his crew at Innovative Septic. They replaced our septic system on a state lake which required engineered plans and state and town level approvals. Bob got us through the approval process effortlessly, he really knows what he’s doing. Their installation happened in a timely fashion. Under 2 weeks start to finish. The work crew were professional, courteous, hard workers. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. I also wanted to note that we called 8-10 companies before hiring Bob. His prices were fair, right on target for the project (since we could compare to other quotes) but it was his professional and kind personality that made us want to work with him. He went out of his way to explain the details of the project and put us at ease. And he was personable all along the way.
