"Tim was excellent to work with. He was quick to respond and quote. Tim handled all the details, coordinating with the Plumbers, Designers, and Permits. While installing the Septic system, he was also hired to do some grading of the property and install a foundation for a large addition. His quotes were fair, he stayed on budget, and his subcontractors were excellent. Most importantly he answered all of my concerns and questions throughout the job. I will definitely recommend his company."

"We were having a problem with our septic. We were having to empty it frequently. We heard good things about Septic Design. Zach came out with his camera and computer he suggested jetting it. This morning Zach and co-worker Chris came with their special jetting equipment. In no time they found the problem a large root was blocking the pipe. They cleaned out the root and it is back to working the way it should. Informative and professional! We highly recommend Septic Design NH. Bill & Debbie Walters"

"We were extremely impressed by Bob and his crew at Innovative Septic. They replaced our septic system on a state lake which required engineered plans and state and town level approvals. Bob got us through the approval process effortlessly, he really knows what he’s doing. Their installation happened in a timely fashion. Under 2 weeks start to finish. The work crew were professional, courteous, hard workers. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. I also wanted to note that we called 8-10 companies before hiring Bob. His prices were fair, right on target for the project (since we could compare to other quotes) but it was his professional and kind personality that made us want to work with him. He went out of his way to explain the details of the project and put us at ease. And he was personable all along the way."
