Rainy weather kept him from getting to us as soon as we would have liked. Being courteous, he didn't want to cause excessive damage to us or others. We understood that. When he was finally able to come, he was logical and very professional. He's a good guy who knows his business. We're lucky to have hired him.

I hired Bob to do the septic replacement because he was very personable and helpful in the beginning and I even told him that before he started the job. However, after the deposit, I did not quite feel the same and I think it was because I was in the process of selling my home. My expectations for meeting deadlines was no longer the same as his and I felt the pressures of getting everything done before my closing. Felt like his work was more for the benefit of the new buyer than for me as he kept telling me not to stress out. Only saying this because I have been asked to respond after selling the home ten months ago, but remembering how I felt at the time. Quality of work was very good and price was much better than other quotes, just felt a little disappointment about the change in attitude as the process went along. Selling our home after 32 years living in it was extremely stressful in many respects. Probably would have felt differently about the outcome if the work was not directly related to the selling of our home.

Bob had to deal with quite a lot of curve balls on my property which required a significant amount of extra work, but still stuck to the same price we agreed upon. He seeded the lawn after, helped me out with my porch, and helped me resolve an issue I had with another septic company. Highly recommend.

The owner Bob was one of the best companies we ever hired. He gas us a qoute, did all the work and many extras and did not charges us any extra. His work was wonderful and our property looks great. We would highly recommend him.
