I was selling a 71 year old home and the inspection revealed a failing septic system. I had called another company as well as Bob snd had opted to use the other company which was local in Merrimack. Sadly I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I could not wait that long since the house needed to be sold before winter. I called Bob and he began the same day! He explained he was also an engineer and could do the required septic design himself. He was able to have the entire job done in 2 weeks and we had a contract to sell before he finished. He was a delight to work with and I woukd recommend this company without any hesitation.

Innovative Septic Solutions got a truck out to us within the hour and went above and beyond to fix our septic plumbing issue, digging under our deck in the cold, wet muck and repairing 100 year-old piping. Excellent professional work and got us up and running the same day, late on the Friday of a holiday weekend. Truly impressed with the work and the rates were very reasonable to boot.

Needed nearly $4000 worth of work done only 4 years after a brand new system was installed, ghosted by Bob and electrician. Bob worked really hard removing an old system and installing a new one and there were complications and issues along the way that he was able to work through. He was pleasant while he was here. Unfortunately the electrician showed up once to look at it and he never came back. Bob responded once and said heâ d contact the guy but I never heard back. I called several times, left messages, sent emails, but I was ghosted for years. Had Kent Clean Septic pump it 4 years after the install. The pump separated from the pipe so the pump station never drained and the alarm wasnâ t connected. I thought the mild flooding in my yard was from the rain but it went away as soon as I got it fixed. Iâ d still rather work with him than Septic Designs of NH but thatâ s not saying much.

Bob was great and came out right away to test our current septic system and also create plans for an updated system for when our current system fails (due to a new construction attached 2 bedroom ADU). He was always available by phone or text, even when I needed answers to septic questions during our town meeting to get permission to build the ADU! He is friendly, intelligent, and available for any needed septic assistance. I would definitely recommend Innovative Septic Solutions.

They were very good coming out to look at the job the problem was that Bob the man I spoke with works with another company that does the work .Job was done, Installed the wrong size line.They did return to make it right. Job was done to my satisfation but the comunication needs to be better.
