Reviews
Write a ReviewVery nice young man very polite good work ethic
On time, efficient and polite
Do not let the 5-star reviews fool you - These are stars for Jaxon Corbet only. He is the middle brother in this family business. Jaxson comes out to do the intake and will work on your pool for a few weeks, and does an amazing job. Then the younger brother Mickell takes over and your pool will go down from there. Mickell is as lazy as they get. He does not do anything but vacuum and then throws shock in the pool and is out in less than 10 minutes. I do not know how many times we have had to go and sweep the floor and the walls, and empty baskets after he leaves. I have called to complain to the owner (oldest brother) but he does not answer their phone or return calls. I have then contacted Jaxon and he comes out and works on my pool for a week or two to get it back in shape and then they send Mickell back out, after assurances that he would not work on our pool anymore. This last instance and why I am finally writing this review is because Mickell missed his appointment with us and never called. I called and texted both the company number and Jaxson*s number with zero response. This is not the first time Mickell has missed his appointment, this just happened to be the last straw. You pay monthly for services so when this happens it is the customer who loses money because they will not refund for no-shows. (Trust me I tried when he did this before) Jaxson should break away from his brothers before they ruin his reputation completely.
They need to do the job.
I hired Innovative Pool Services to clean and maintain my pool and water feature. I took a chance on them being a new company, and I learned this is why you do not hire new companies. The first few months were reasonable, generally would come once a week, but never on a consistent day, but after several months came whenever they wanted. As you know with the heat in Las Vegas, if you miss a week, your pool can quickly turn to algae. I just quit their pool service in August 2022 and had a total of 5 instances (I have proof), where they allowed my pool to algae. It does not appear that I can upload pictures of how bad my pool got, but it was a complete mess. Now they created so much damage from algae from my pool and spa that I am going to begin civil ligation against them with a threat of countersuit. Please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company. See you in court.
Jaxon was prompt for intervew with his company, knowledgeable, and had recommendations for my pool that was turning green. Prior service company was not attentive. The pricing was very competitive. Jaxon showed up right when he said he would for first service and focused on getting my pool back into clean status. He is professional and courteous.
Good hard work
Very prompt and courteous. Very knowledgable and professional
Will not return my messages.
They left my pool unsuitable. They left my pool yellow and refused to vacuum and clean, it is the worst I have ever seen. I want to let people know horrible service. I was promised a refund, and after trying and trying no response. I would not recommend this company. And would not show at scheduled time with no phone call to let us know; whole days wasted waiting for them to not show. 0% rating.
