I had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with Infinity Lawn Care LLC. I hired them for a basic yard cleanup and weed spraying service, but what I got was far from professional. One week after the work was supposedly completed, I inspected the yard and was shocked to find that the weeds were still present. There was still garbage left in the yard, and they failed to remove suckers at the root. Worse yet, they laid new bark over existing weeds and grass, which quickly grew through?defeating the entire purpose of the job. When I raised these concerns, instead of taking responsibility, they charged me again to re-spray the weeds?something I had already paid for in the initial invoice. Their pricing is outrageously high for the level of service provided, and I found their practices to be predatory and deceptive. The most alarming part of the experience was dealing with the owner. My wife and I have been using different companies to take care of our lawn and we’ve always had issues. Every time we hire someone new either our sprinkler system gets ruined or the lawn is left with patches of grass. Infinity Infinity lawn care is by far the best company we’ve hired. Not only did they do a good job with our lawn, but the owner was super attentive and easy to get along with. I definitely recommend hiring them if you want the job done right👍

Absolutely horrible company. They have destroyed hundreds of dollars of my garden supplies and plants. Here is a list of things they have weed whacked and destroyed: flowers, tomatoes, squash, corn - all in RAISED BEDS - shrubs, herbs, garden hoses, plastic AND ceramic pots. The list goes on. Their workers dont know a dandelion from an orange tree. The depth of their ignorance about basic yard care is astounding.

We have had trouble getting people to come out consistently. Jose called me the same day I requested the work, and gave me a bid the same day. He and his crew were out the next day, and came back every day for 3 days until everything was done and cleaned up.
