    The entire project was a fiasco. Larry went above and beyond to get the job but once he had the down payment it was downhill from there. He started the job 2 months later than he estimated. The installers didnâ t take steps to protect the floor and furniture so there was damage. A lot of saw dust fell into the microwave because they didnâ t cover it and it took weeks for me to get it all out. They reinstalled the microwave too high. Existing pull out shelves now get hung up, two shelves that were custom made also hang up because although they worked fine when empty, the weight of pots and pans makes it so I manually have to lift them over the edge of the cabinet. All of the door handles were installed crooked. Is the template broken? They scratched the dishwasher and slid it in crooked. The tile back splash looks great but every tile cut made for around the outlets is too big and jumbo outlet covers had to be purchased to hide the cut marks. The installer never returned to apply caulk. The installerâ s vehicle leaked a yellowish fluid staining my recently resealed driveway. The job was â finishedâ March 8 but Larry has not followed up with the installer to get the issues addressed. Even though Larry very condescendingly promised everything would be taken care of, he doesnâ t follow through. Two weeks has become 16 weeks. Beware, I specifically asked if his installers work for him. He did yes, they do. I should have been more specific. Larry hires independent contractors who work for many contractors. Larry has no control over when they can work. All he has are excuses for why they canâ t work. One of his favorites is, â heâ s sick, you donâ t want him in your house.â Another favorite line is, â Itâ ll be taken care of, o.k?

    5 months later and still not finished. Delays and excuses. Received a call from Larry. He has never had a bad review, until this. He wanted me to share that Since our family got Covid mid August and we would not allow them in our home for 3 weeks. That delay was my fault. I thought protecting others was the right call! The demo began 9-20. They installed most of the cabinets 9-27 and 9-28. I am waiting for one cabinet, trim pieces, and a track for another cabinet. Larry said that they are getting the cabinet and trim pieces today 10-15. The manufacturer is mailing me the track. When it fits into their schedule, they will finish the rest. I will keep you updated

As you can see from the other reviews for my Company, everyone has always been very satisfied with all aspects of our business...you will be too. As a matter of fact, your complaint is the ONLY complaint my company has ever had. Regarding your comment about delays and excuses...you forgot to mention that we had tried to install your Kitchen several times but we were not able to, because, sadly, you and your entire family came down with Covid 19 and were quarantined for two weeks and that another time we wanted to install, you went on vacation. As you know, due to Covid 19, every Manufacturer has delays in production and delivery. Additionally, every company has had delays in installations due to their installers, or members of their families, coming down with Covid 19 and having to quarantine. We have experienced that as well. Again, we will finish everything to your satisfaction as soon as we receive the New Cabinet Replacement, that you desired, from the manufacturer.     Their customer service and knowledge of design and products was wonderful. The man I worked with gave me a lot of guidance and the quality of work they did was great and very thorough. The company was great to work with.
