Graig, was great to work with. He was the first company to respond to the problem I was having and kept in contact about his arrival time. Once he arrived he got right to work and fixed the shutter in a couple of hours. Very affordable and knowledgeable about product. I will be calling Graig for any service I need done in the future! During hurricane Irma, our 3 slider ,lanai electric hurricane shutter motor died. Unable to lift. He showed up within 3 days. Manually put the shutter up, ordered the part, , since so many people needed him. We were more than happy to wait for parts. He always communicated his product delays,

Prompt response to my request and was here to take care of the problem the day after Craig called, which was impressive to start with, but when you realize they were here at 5:00 on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend makes it even more amazing. Work was done quickly and for a reasonable cost. If I ever have trouble with my hurricane shutters again, these will be the first people I call.
