I dealt with the owner, Craig Hill, who was a very personable and knowledgeable about the styles and types of hurricane protection and their respective pros and cons. After contacting other installers, I was pleased with Craig's fair price, his promptness (only 2 weeks from my order to installation!) and he and his workers continued on the job until it was completed. There were absolutely no problems during installation, and they left the area very clean and in tip-top shape. They were very professional and I highly recommend his company and their work. I love my shutters. They are beautiful and very functional. Thanks, Craig!!!

Was to have a home inspection for sale of home. Operated the storm shutters and one fell of the tracks and pushed away the cover, looked a total mess. The company responded to my immediate needs and had it fixed by noon same day, two hours before inspection was to start

A real Knight in Shining Armor. . Thinking that it was Sunday, no less a Labor Day weekend. The emergency was the impending hurricane, Dorian, diminishing any time to complete the diligence of my preparation. Where the locals were not responding, there was a human voice answering my very, unprecedented call to more distant location outside my city limits. Craig listened to my problem with what ended being damaged track function for my accordion shutter. He took the opportunity to know that he was really helping someone in a dire and unusual circumstance. He arranged his schedule to travel so far and you might say come to the rescue. There are many of us, who miss those daily opportunities to help. Craig made great time getting to my residence and was very tenacious in wanting to complete the job. With a job well done my shutters were able to conjugate. Success!! The experience, knowledge and patience were demonstrated effectively with a Very Happy Ending Thank you, Craig for proving my faith in people like you!!

Craig is truly one of the good guys. He didn't try to sell me new shutters and stated "he's in the business to repair if at all possible." He explained to me the issue with my shutters and what the solution was. He gave me an estimate and stated he would work around my schedule to come and repair my shutters. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to everyone I know!!! Thanks for all your help Craig!!!
