Had a dryer discharge vent that extended under my crawl space replaced, the young man on a cold day explained how the project would be completed. Pictures verified the project was completed as he said it would be. Appreciate his attention to details and patience with me and my questions. I will definitely seek their services for a summer project.

The service providers (John & Mike) were prompt and courteous and explained what they had to do to corrected the problem(s). The previous installer (a private handyman whose credentials are somewhat suspect) had damaged one door and incorrectly installed another. These two were in & out in less than an hour and left the work area spotless. I appreciate their hard work and their professional attitude. Should the need arise, I'd be more than happy to hire them again.

we needed to get a retaining wall put in. They took about 2 months to give us the estimate. After the estimate finally came in at a certain price they wanted a deposit of $5000, went and paid. A few days after the deposit they called and told us that the price had jumped up an extra $6000 when we asked why they stated that it was just in case anything came up and this would most likely not be the final price. After this response we decided to go ahead. They dropped off the materials ( that we paid for) and did not use all of them. We were planning on keeping them but they came and took them while we were at work. We called and asked if these unused materials (that we paid for) would be taken off of the bill. No they will not. Then we asked If since nothing came up if the price would still be the same. They said this was an agreed upon price and acted like they never said it was just in case. You should NOT give them your money. If you do use them get a contract that has to be signed with specifics.
