Very busy, understaffed and labor rates are through the roof. I contacted House Doctors in September to begin a few small projects in my new home prior to moving in. I?m still waiting for someone to send revised quotes and start the work. Time is not on their side! Nice folks, but unorganized staff.

I had Hone House Doctors of Hardin County to come out to install a shower stall door. I was not told immediately that the door would not fit. The agent replaced a few electrical switch plates and I had him to balance a security door. I was told he did the best he could. I Was charged $260 and was told I would receive an electronic itemized receive receipt. This was over a week ago. I have called, emailed to no avail. I called the main Home Advisor company and I spoke with Amanda and she seemed to care less that Home Advisor was referring companies like this. I did look up House Doctors of Hardin County. They had complaints such as mine. They passed with a C-. I will not be using House Doctors of Hardin County or Home Advisor.

The Tech was very mannerable and kept His work area very neat and safe.Knew exactly what he was doing.Recommend HIM for other jobs. We will use this company again.
