Being very busy, it is hard to deal with hiring/getting work done. I requested work through Home Advisor on Sauturday morning and Home Time Construction was able to come out that afternoon. They were more thorough than the last company that cleaned our chimney, at a fair price. Instead of taking time off from work for a 9-1 or 1-5 appointment, the work is done and we can enjoy evening fires with peace of mind.

Terry called us within an hour & arranged to come out as soon as snow melted to check roof after small water leak from bathroom ceiling fan. He took pictures of an area of shingles that we will keep an eye on, but did not think immediate repair was required. We feel reassured that there is no major problem.

Did a good job replacing the gutters on the front of the house. Worked with my schedule, and kept me up to date on the work. My only quibble was that the work area was left in a messy state.
