Scott came out soon after I contacted the company. I was given an estimate. After I agreed to the estimate I was given a date . The company came out on time and did the concrete repair to my chimney and a brick wall. My husband went up on our roof to check out the work. He said that Scott did a very professional job.

The entire crew with Home Time showed up on the job, ready to work, and they were thorough, as well as very pleasant. Efficient workers.

They were okay, but got in a hurry to finish the job, especially on the front lawn lamp post brick work. And did not acid wash the brick work they tuck pointed. I could have done better myself.

Robert I am surprised that you had such concerns as you never mentioned any of them directly to management. We always go out of way to ensure customer satisfaction. In having conversation with Scott and Darren the 2 main guys on your job they are telling me that the lamp post was not even listed as part of the project. They did that as a courtesy to you and never charged that on the final invoice. Acid washing is normally not needed unless some material got onto the brick accidently which doesn't show up until the material dries. I wished you had called us directly to take care of any of your concerns.

The guys did great work at a fair price. Once the weather finally cleared they were able to come and completed the brick work in one day. I had a question about part of the job possibly not being done. They came back out the week I called to confirm/take care of it. Everyone that I had contact with was knowledgeable, nice and responsive.
