Terry responded to my post within a half hour. I had an estimate within a day or so, and the job was done within the week. Darren and Jim were really great guys to work with. The repairs made sense, and the restoration looks great.

Terry and his crew did a great job...

It was a small job and he offered to do it immediately. He quoted $125. When he finished, he said it was much smaller than anticipated so he dropped it to $90! Honest. He could have charged more and I would have had no idea. Highly recommend.

They did catch a chimney issue in my firebox that 2 other companies missed, however, they did not show up when they said with no calls on 2 different occasions. One of which cost me a day's pay. They didn't have any way to protect my floor even though they were cleaning as well as repairing the chimney. They needed to use one of my tools to complete the job, then they took my good painters tarp that they used to protect my floor and furniture. Multiple calls to the number they left me with no return call..

Quit response good work

I contacted a half dozen roofers to replace some blown off shingles. Some never called back, some would only quote a full roof replacement (mine is 3 years old!), some wanted to sell annual maintenance plans. Terry at Home Time called me within 4 hours, met me at home the next morning, and completed the project for 1/4 of other quotes I received. He inspected the entire roof and repaired a number of nail pops that I wasn't even aware of. Only complaint is that the color matching of new shingles is slightly off. I can notice it from the street, but only because I know where to look. Not sure if a casual visitor would notice.

Terry was very prompt at answering my calls and got the work done on a Sunday to get it complete before the next round of storms. He was very thorough and promised to stand behind his work.

Would not recommend them.
