We've been using HomeShine for nearly a year, every 3 weeks or so. They do an amazing job in everything they do! Our whole house sparkles when they clean! They did deep cleaning the first time, & regular cleaning since then. They do an outstanding job & we couldn't be more pleased!

. Ines, the owner, Is one of the nastiest people we have ever met. The girls that cleaned were not so bad, but due to the language barrier, they used their phone to translate asking me questions and to understand what I was saying, and that was fine with me but when I needed to get some clarity about one aspect of the cleaning from Ines, I texted her and one of the girls called her and let me speak to Ines and she was very rude . Maybe she is just nicer to some customers than others... but she was very short with me and seemed very annoyed. I told Ines I asked the girls if they had another Swiffer duster cloth and they told me they only use one per house! I thought that was odd to only use one Swiffer cloth for an entire home, so I had to go in my own cleaning supplies and give them another one to use. One of the girls took her dirty bare feet and stood up in my dining room chair to dust the buffet. I could not believe what I was seeing. At the end of the cleaning, I told Ines, but she did not care. I was their last customer of the day, but regardless, I think Ines forgot we were paying for this service ... it was not being done for free! That was a huge turn-off for me.. Also, they used a horrible smelling product that was so strong. It made us cough. Ines said the girls did not like us watching them work but I had to remind her. This is our home and we will go in any room. We feel like going in to see what is going on.. THE NERVE!!!

Even their standard cleaning is better than most â deep cleanâ services.. Always wonderful work done

Very professional and very nice. The main contact Ines Pontes came to my house the very next day after I submitted the request and did a walk thru so I could tell her exactly what I wanted cleaned. The 2 ladies that did the work were hard working. I may be scheduling monthly cleaning by this company.

Ines is terrific, and so was the crew she sent to do a â deep clean.â We will continue to use them for regular â maintenanceâ cleaning.

After another company cancelled on me. I was in a rush to get a move out clean to get my deposit back. I needed a miracle. I needed it done the same day. I received a call from Pontes that not only would they have it done in the next three hours, but they would go to the old place while I was at work and invoice me to help me out with turning my key in. They were so good, my old landlord asked for their number. I highly recommended these guys and will continue to use them in my new house. Thanks guys!!
