Home Leak and Drain Solutions

This company is not licensed! I hired them to fix a clog in December 2024. The plumber showed up without the right tools and tried to use a power drill instead of going back and picking up the right one. He ended up cracking the whole thing and initially lied about what happened. I had to bring in a professional who looked at it in front of him and only then did he finally admit he broke it beyond repair. He told me someone from Home Leak and Drain Solutions would fix it. That was a lie too because not only did they not show up but they refused to respond to my calls and messages. I checked everywhere Home Leak and Drain Solutions are listed to find their license number and they don't list it anywhere. So I tried to look up their license on the California State License Board website and they don't have one! So my few hundred dollar project will now cost me several thousand dollars. Needless to say, I wish I never hired them.

They texted a message that they have an appointment which I did not confirm so was surprised when someone showed up. He charged me $800 to jet a tree root but his machine was too small so it was a waste of money. I ultimately hired another company to cut the tree root out.

They responded very fast, and looks pretty professional. The technician helps us clear washing machine drain, valued $69. Then we found the valves of washing machine a little bit leaking, and ask him how much for changing that, he told us $250 of each, so hot and cold, should be $500, as he already at my place, so there is a discount to us, $295 in total. However, I saw the invoice after he left, overcharge $100. Emm?As a Pandemic, no one is easy, but please be honestly.

Hiring a professional can sometimes be daunting - especially when you know you must rely on their assessment of the problem as well as the correct solution at a reasonable price. Miguel came on time and we’ll prepared. He told me up front what to expect as far as the repair and the cost. His investigation, his description of the problem and his work were all top notch.
