Home Genius did an amazing job from start to finish. The sales process was easy and I feel that I paid a fair price. The project manager Keith was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew arrived on time and was professional. I would recommend to family and friends.

Can’t thank Kody and Home Genius Exteriors enough, we met with Kody for a new roof quote, we have needed it for a while but we never met with anyone who was like Kody, he didn’t come in with then typical sales guy attitude. He really came off to me as a real person, I don’t think he even wanted to talk about the roof! We just talked about random things for probably close to an hour before the roof was even mentioned, but when it came down to the roof and the estimate, Kody was awesome Kody didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale to make, he got on the roof, took a bunch of pictures showed me the soft spots, he climbed in my craw space and I don’t even know how he made it up there haha, I could feel the heat from the hallway! We were not rushed in anyway. He broke down all the issues we were having and why it was happening, no one has done this for us. They just say you need a roof. He explained the entire process from start to finish. And made the new roof affordable. Ty

The crew was on time, started and worked to completion. Every one was very professional, friendly and all about business. The project managers walked through and took care of the final details-the pictures, the cleanup and any concerns that I had. Awesome. The Twinsburg team was more than great.

Roofing Project. The sales rep was thorough in inspecting our roof as well as attic. He made recommendations and provided options. Project was scheduled and completed expediently. The roof looks good; not wishing for a deluge (of rain), this will be the test of workmanship.
