Home Concepts just finished the bathtub replacement. Brandon did excellent work and in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome and will be back to replace the sink counter in other bath which has been ordered Thanks to Candice as well for explaining everything.

We have lived in this house in Sedona, AZ for over 16 years and couldn't wait to get rid of our nasty tub/shower with glass doors! It was a hard water stained mess that looked horrible and was embarrassing. We just had a brand new walk-in shower installed by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling and couldn't be happier!!! It's gorgeous!!!! Our sales rep, Scott, was so easy to work with, and installation took place a little over 2 weeks later. We received a confirmation call from the company letting us know that the materials were ordered, and they arrived even earlier than expected. We didn't have to call anyone to find out what was going on. They were on it!! Our construction worker, Dale, was friendly and right on time. He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time. Thank you for making this so easy for us. We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) It was a lot of money for us, but we decided it was worth it. And we plan on staying in this house forever. We now can safely walk into the shower that has a bench seat, handrail, shelf, adjustable height shower head/handheld sprayer, and a curved shower curtain bar - no more glass doors that require squeegees (thank goodness) and great airflow. Their products feature Microban, an antibacterial protection that we considered another plus. All in all, a great experience, and we are very happy with our new walk-in shower!

Dale was very efficient and professional, good at problem solving particulars of our space. Isaiah was also very good at his part. Both were very respectful and produced very satisfying results. If there was someone else involved, I don’t know, as I was away for some of the install.

Well I wasn't expecting much but this company had it all. A-1 customer service with the product quality of those big companies. I felt at ease with a transparent process that is backed with a lifetime warranty. Totally satisfied customer and I recommend them to all bathroom projects abroad. Thanks Home Concepts.

Blew our mind how efficient they were and thorough! Seamless process, always communicating which is so important to us, from the initial call to set up a time to meet, to the end of the project, we were well informed and so pleased with the professionalism!
