Everyone at Holiday pools that I worked with were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

From our first appointment wtih Keith Jones this company was on point. We had a total of 5 different pool contracters out for visits. Our first thought was that we wanted to find out how much this was going to cost and that we were still early in the process and about 6 months out. After a few quotes we decided that we wanted to proceed sooner than later and get this done way before summertime so we can hit the ground running. The other 4 companies made our decision easy as Keith Jones was the only one that kept in touch with us and followed up several times to see where he stood with the other quotes. He wasn't the cheapest but we believe that you get what you pay for, and he knew exactly what needed to be done with the pool not only from a visual point of view for us but also the plumbing/mechanics in order for the pool to work correctly. He incorporated that into the price of the original quote. The other companies didn't do that. We got our money together called Keith and accepted his bid. Then demo came sooner than expected and the project was on. From that point forward Keith was there just about every day to check up on progress and to make sure the work was being done correctly which we appreciatted as we didn't have to deal with the crews much he was there to handle everything from start to finish. This was our first big project at our home so we were a bit nervous at first but keith assured us that we would be happy with the end product. 5 weeks later we have a beautiful pool and deck. I really can't say enough about Keith and Steve they did a fantastic job with this project. These guys have extensive knowledge about new and old pools and I would highly recomend Holiday Custom Pools to any one interested in building a new pool or a pool remodel. The quality of their work is fantastic when considering a project of this sort take that into account. Thank you Holiday Custom Pools!!! The pool looks great and we are ready for summer time now!!! Our recent pool remodel with Holiday Custom Pools was our 3rd experience with something on this scale, having had pools built in each of our two prior homes. I can say without hesitation that this was by far our best experience, both in quality of work and on-site management of the project. Steve was terrific. His attention to detail and daily on-site supervision of the project made sure that the contractors were doing the work properly. Even the smallest detail, if not done to his satisfaction, would be redone. He was catching things I would have never noticed. Also, I really liked his creative suggestions. I wanted ideas I had not thought of and wanted my ideas considered. Steve was very good in this way. Our old concrete cracking deck has been replaced with travertine tile. It is first class work. We also had our old pool finish replaced with high quality Pebble Sheen, and again, these were professional skilled people who knew what they were doing. The transformation is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend!

Fast and knowledgable

Steve Kolb helped scope out the work; John the installer with over 43 years in the business renovated our entire filter system from the ground up including installing a single custom concrete slab to hold motor and filter. Together they represent the best in the business.
