2018: Mariusz and his team provided exceptional customer service and quality products that ensure my roof and gutters will stand the test of time and weather. It's not easy finding and deciding on a contractor for most things. Mariusz brought to the table a straight forward approach as to what he could provide and that, in the end, everything was my call with no pressure. With a price in line with local averages, I could have asked for nothing more. *UPDATE* 2023: I once again had Mariusz and his team to my home for a project, this time being the siding. And once again, the result was PERFECT. The process of working with insurance took years but Holda Construction was extremely patient and didn't push the project. A call every couple weeks to see how I was and to let me know he was always ready when I was couldn't have been better. Mariusz made multiple trips to the house to help the process move along and was instrumental in getting us to where we are today. I would highly recommend taking Mariusz's advice on the things that could really change how you see your home. One major recommendation was to not simply side up to the windows but to put in BEAUTIFUL window borders that not only take the look of the finished project up 10 notches but sealed the home better than anything. The team Mariusz sent could not have been better. They tolerated an overwhelming amount of questions from me and walked me through everything that was being done. Not only did they finish the job but went above and beyond when we discovered 6 leaking, previously installed windows by someone else, were not installed nor sealed properly. They immediately removed the windows from my home and reinstalled them correctly and did so happily. THIS WAS NOT THEIR JOB! The team simply wanted to do the right thing and fixed someone else's mistakes so that my home could be at 100%! Here we are, 2 weeks later, and my home feels BRAND NEW. Whether it's siding, windows, roofing, or everything in-between, look for further than HOLDA CONSTRUCTION. I can not recommend Mariusz and his team enough. THANK YOU!

I am very pleased with the work done on my home by Holda Construction. I have a fairly large home and was converting the roof from cedar shake to asphalt shingles. Mariusz, the owner, gave me a competitive bid and some references who were also pleased with his work. His crew did a fine job on installing the new roof and kept the job site clean of debris. Mariusz honored his price even though he had some unexpected costs associated with the job. This in an honorable owner and I would not hesitate to recommend Holda Construction to my friends. They do quality work. Skip N. I am modifying my review. Quality still remains high but customer service is really lacking after payment. While the roof was being installed, I was renewing my home equity line of credit. After the approval, the bank requested a final waiver of lien for the roof. It's been over a month and many requests for the lien waiver but no waiver ever came, after Mariusz promised to send one. This is putting a strain on my relationship with my bank. I feel obligated to lower my rating of his customer service. UPDATE 7/21/18 The owner saw my complaint about the waiver, apologized and issued the Final Waiver, which satisfied my bank. I will give Holda a Mulligan on this as everything else went well.

We first invited Holda to bid six months ago, (among other companies) based on the quality of their work which we had seen firsthand in the neighborhood, and the excellent reviews from neighbors. We had to delay our project at that time, but called them this spring and they were able to begin right away. Mariusz explained all our options, took time showing materials options, and did not pressure us at all. The materials arrived promptly as expected, and they began work on time. We especially appreciated the care taken by his craftsmen to meet the requirements of the cement fiber board product they were applying. Mariusz was on site several times, and followed up at the completion of the project as well. Each day the work site was cleaned up and secured. We had only one or two questions/concerns, which were responded to promptly and satisfactorily. I am so glad we went with them, and I recommend them for others looking for a similar, high-quality experience.

If you want a high quality job done by a company that does great work, is highly professional, and has a lot of expertise, then this is the one to choose. I was extremely happy with my new roof, new siding and new gutters. It was a great experience.

This spring Holda Construction replaced siding on my house. The price was great and workmanship excellent. The installers were friendly and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Mariusz, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Recommended.

Last fall Holda Construction installed new siding on my house. Just recently I noticed a crack in the paint on my kitchen ceiling and wondered if I had a leak in the roof. The only thing that had changed was the construction and my concern that the scaffolding might have put a hole in the roof. I sent a note to Mariusz asking if he could check it out and let me know if that was the problem before I called a roofer. Mariusz called me right away and came to the house to check it out. It was not a problem from the construction, but was a leak in the roof by a vent pipe. Mariusz examined the problem thoroughly and provided a fix. I continue to be impressed by his attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Holda Construction will be my first call for any repairs or needs in the future. Thank you Mariusz (and your son as well), for coming to my rescue before I had a major problem.

Quality work by Holda Construction for siding, gutters and trim. Mariusz Holda and his team were always polite, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail was noticed by me and my neighbors, and they did a great job of cleaning up the work site when finished. Carolyn in the office was always very helpful getting answers to my questions. We had a little delay in getting some materials, but the outcome was well worth it. I love looking at my house again thank you Holda!
