Hill Country Pool Management

Hired Hill Country Pools to fix my worsening pool from algae bloom after an unusually persistent set of rains this Spring. My previous pool service provider started missing their service appointments, and things started to go down hill fast. Hill Country Pools sent out a rep fast, asked lots of good questions about the pool set up and history, and then proposed a reasonable price for the clean-up and the monthly service. They had a pool tech out the day after I said "yes", and had things in hand within a few days. Great service, very knowledgeable, and very professional.

Hired the contractor to resurface a swimming pool and replace tile. The concrete that was installed is not leveled, so when it rains, water flows in the opposite direction and it ponds. After the contractor was not in the site anymore, we had other six different contractors see the pool and they agree the work is shoddy and subpar. When doing power washing the contractor damaged a coil from the AC system, and here is a pool vacuum missing and a patio chair.

Kelly Ryan was a breeze to work with and very nice! They did exactly what we agreed to and we are very pleased with the work!

They show up every week on the same day at the same time. When they finish the job, they send you an email report of what was accomplished and what your readings were at the time of cleaning. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly.
