Highland Tree Service

We had a big tree fall on our house during an ice storm and Highland Trees had a solution as if it was second nature. I contacted several tree removal services and while some of them had a good plan, Highland Trees had both a plan and equipment to do it. It was in a tight spot where most equipment couldn’t fit and there was no access to the surrounding area. They scheduled a time to remove it and coordinated with a crane to cut and lift pieces of the tree up and out. It was all done in one day and went smoothly. Their initial price was just under other services while the final price came out a bit lower than I expected. I 100% would recommend them, especially for anything that seems impossible.

July 18, 2025 Work performed: Cut down trees, removal of newly cut down trees and trees previously cut down. Highland Tree Service LLC provided valued price for work performed. Their services were above and beyond expectations. They have the knowledge, the skill sets, the tools and the willingness to do the job. Justin and Brian were great! They trimmed/shaped two blue spruce trees that we let get too big. They worked carefully and consulted with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied. Considering how much had to come off each tree, the results are really quite good. The front of the house is much more balanced now. They also cabled two large maple trees that have divided trunks, cut the branches of one tree that were hanging over the house roof, and got rid of dead limbs before the wind took them down. Justin also treated our new fruit trees that had some sort of fungus even though we asked at the last minute, and it wasn't part of the original job. They cleaned everthing up so well, you wouldn't have guessed work had been done on several trees. Shout out to Ashley for making the scheduling quick and easy and getting us an estimate within a couple hours of Justin coming out to look at everything. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

Justin and crew removed 3 large trees and an additional tree which had fallen from my neighbors yard during a wind storm. They did a great job.The removal and cleanup was 5 star. Responsive. Detail oriented. Knowledgeable. Wind blew 3-100 foot pines over and into each other. Very complicated, dangerous job, involving climbing trees to cut long branches and cut some of the trees down. Also ground the stumps and removed ever bit of debris. Except for the lack of trees in the yard, you'd never know the work that was done. Very impressed with the work done, their professionalism and attention to detail.
