"EXceptionally exceptional !! Set up an appt for the next week online around 530 am- got a call from Robert ( owner) asking if he could come out that day!! He called at 730 am- which is GREAT !! Set up a time - he called and said he was running late - got there 10 minutes after the appt time. GREAT again ! Talked a bit - he went up on the roof - found some problems - said he could fix it that day ! GREAT ! Then he suggested doing the whole roof instead of just the area leaking- so he did a maintenance on the $ unit apt bldg. Polite, knowldgable - both he and his employee. I can't say enough GREAT things about Wilson Roofing and wil;l have him do my other bldgs and will call him when I need a new roof.Many thanks Robert!!!"

"Excellent experience. First of all the customer service is great. Everytime i've called they answer. Did my estimate the day i called and did the work less then a week later. The roof looks great despite being a challenging repair. They really stand behind their work too. I had a slight issue afterward (which wasnt even really their fault but the way my house is built) but they came out right away and fixed everything. The guys are very professional. The site was cleaner after they left than before. They are very polite and friendly. They answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. Took time to explain everything and never sounded condescending (like some professionals can). Overall very happy with the work and experience. Definitely recommend them."

"Family business with solid team of workers. Rapidly evaluated an Emergency Roofing Job and were very professional in executing the job. Base on Brooklyn, but willing to travel out to Northeast Queens area. They arrive on-time and completed the job on schedule. They clean up after their work and left the place looking great.
