    I would highly recommend their services. When I telephoned for subterranean termite extermination services they a team of three came the following morning and performed their work efficiently and thoroughly, explaining beforehand what they would do and answer all my questions. Their work is guaranteed 3 years with annual inspections with any remedial serve covered within that period.

    Extremely thorough inspection, inside and outside the home, even in the raised-foundation / crawl space. Used vacuum to clear cobwebs and perform inspections - took his time to ensure all aspects were well-inspected / checked. Very knowledgeable and professional demeanor. Provided options for treatment and prevention.

    Hi-Tech was reliable in keeping appointments. They explained their process well, and their warranty made us feel like we were in good hands.

    It took them 45 min and they charged over $1400. Way too expensive for what they provide. Work clean up was terrible (just swished debris into corner behind garbage cans). Had to monitor technician as he plugged holes with white putty on a wooden hardwood floor. Only after insisting that they can do better, he pulled up colored putty that matched the floor.
