Josh did not complete the work he was hired for. He lied about the work that was performed. I asked for a partial refund in which he complied but later called me racial slurs and derogatory names because it was pointed out that no shock was in my pool.

Josh has been so kind and helpful over the past two summers that he has taken care of our pool! He is trustworthy and stands by his work. I contacted him the first time when our poolâ s bottom had tons of just â junkâ that we could not vacuum away. After one trip from Josh, the bottom of the pool was clear. As we were trying to get ready to close it for the winter, Josh advised us as to what cover we would need. I ordered it and after it arrived he came out immediately, took our ladder our (which I could not physically do) and fixed the cover. Through the entire winter, the cover worked perfectly. When spring came, Josh came out and reversed the process. We have enjoyed the pool all summer and he makes sure it stays clean, clear and chemically accurate. Thanks Josh! You make our time in the pool so much more enjoyable because we donâ t have to worry about it! Thank you!ð ¥°

they didnt showed every week as she asked, and when they showed they just went inside and left. also they change price every week for the job

Just for future references for any pool professionals. Mrs. Bonner will wait for 2 services before paying the first invoice.. So I as a small business have to be paid for the service provided if not I skip till it is paid up which led to having to use more chemicals to try to get her pool under control which led to higher then normal bills highly do not recommend treating this pool

Josh is great. He knows the pool business which can be complicated. Every pool is a little different and many are unique. I have a vanishing edge pool with in-floor cleaning and a lot of plumbing. Hero’s has done a great job for me and I will hire them again without question.

Josh services are not acceptable, big disappointment, as he was so rude to me when I address my concerns. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor to me. When I had actually paid him $400.00 for the services.

didn't have a pool cover over the winter and has some pump trouble so my pool was extra green and just absolutely nasty. In one treatment they took my pool from a pond to a beautiful clear blue. Will need one more treatment due to there was just too much dead algae no fault to them at all. What would have taken me a week to get to this point they did it in just 1 trip that took a little bit over an hour. Very impressed would highly recommend. Very courteous and friendly
