Josh is very friendly and worked hard to insure that we were completely satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and he followed up to make sure all was everything we expected. We needed our gunite pool to be acid washed back to its original color. I donâ  t usually take time to write reviews but he deserved a great review. This guy came to the house and stood around 15. Min while my friend crawled around under deck to locate possible leak. Looked in hot tub said could fix for 2500.00 with some equipment he had laying around. Then sent me a text that he was home and I owed him 150.00. And sent me a bill. My friend should have sent him a bill. He did nothing. Oh he did call a friend to find out what a pool liner would cost. He admitted that he knew nothing about plumbing. Never showed his proof of license or insurance but did say when he was employed he was fired because he took in clients on the side which his employer did not allow. This guy is all about the money not the job. If I could give a negative number I would. Totally inept. hero pools is a zero pools.

I apologize you have had a bad experience. But with every visit, there is going to be a service charge. I do believe if you were to ask to see the license and insurance we could have provided it to you.. but I do not believe that was a question? I believe this is the second pool company you have ranted about openly. i wish you the best of luck in finding someone to cater to your needs.
