James and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing and repairing our cedar shingles. James was courteous and committed to finding a solution to our cedar shingle issue; his recommendation gave us an upgrade to the front of our home at an affordable price, without sacrificing quality. He kept us informed of the progress as the project moved along and at the end of the day all was complete and the area left spotless. James does quality work for an exceptional price. When I first received his bid, I thought he was low bidding get the business, so I asked him to put it in writing with a NTE [his competitor was literally double the price so I was flabbergasted by James' bid]. His workmanship is excellent, as was his flexibility to fit me in when on short notice I had time to do the project, he made it work. He knows his craft and takes pride in doing it right. You will not be disappointed.

James is very professional and always on time. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up every day. He ended up replacing my roof and did an excellent job. When I called him to come and check something that came up in an inspection when I sold my house, he came right away. You would be crazy not to hire Helping Hand Roofing--Integrity++

Work starts next week. Too soon to give a rating. Update: Finished the job. Many complex details in the valley work including vent pipes and TV antenna post. James used specialized accessories to make sure openings in the roof are watertight. He worked safely and showed me what to expect over the next few years and the rest of the roof ages.
