Unfortunately, I was out of town when he came to do the cleaning so I have no concept of what occured. Hard to explain what I did nor see.

James, did a great job.

I am President of a Condo association. We had been told by several roofing companies that our roofs needed replacing. James came out and examined our roofs and said he would recommend cleaning and replacing some pipe flanges and flashing. He also said the roofs were sound and his work would extend the roofs three to five years. I have strongly recommended him to our HOA management company and they are already referring him. Great service!!

James was so kind from beginning to end. He did an outstanding job on my roof cleaning and repairs and at a very competitive price. Being a disabled senior on a limited income, I was so grateful to find him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

James and helper cleaned the heavy moss from our roof and treated same. The roof and gutters came out great. He laid tarps to catch the debris from the roof and removed all signs of his work. His cost for this job was so affordable and I have asked James to repeat this process in the Fall. He is a very pleasant man to work with.

We had several companies assess our roof to clean and repair the cement tile and got different information that was confusing. James Marks checked the roof then sat down with us and explained what was needed and answered our questions. He essentially repaired the same as the most expensive estimate at a much better price and divided into the urgent work now and other repairs this summer. The other company want to do everything at once. James is knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and thorough in his work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

James was the most thorough of the contractors who gave me an estimate. He saw more and offered more, and at a very competitive price. In addition to the roof leaks, he found an unknown wood rot problem, identified a logical future problem, plus got rid of the moss. Punctual, great to deal with!

James and his assistant carefully hand brushed the moss from my roof, treated it, and made some minor roof repairs. His service was excellent from start to finish - prompt response to my request for a bid, arrived on time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up completely. He was professional and courteous throughout. I particularly appreciated his roofing expertise, his time and patience answering my questions and addressing concerns, and the fact that he did not try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.

Great job he showed up on time and did a great repair. He even cleaned the frt of my gutters and cleaned up after himself.
