Randy and his team do AMAZING work. We had a 20 x 16 deck and large paver patio completed by Randy. The type of person Randy is, is what drew us to him. Great personality, easy to work with and follows through on what he says. I highly recommend using Heartland Customer Builders. You will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Came out and gave us estimate to replace railings. Gave us the pros and cons of different materials. Once products were in they quickly set up an appointment. They removed old railing and took wood away. We were so impressed with the product and service we decided to extend the deck and also redo the wood floor and stairs this fall. Workers worked hard and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service and quality of work. I would suggest using this company. We had other estimates that were much higher.

We needed deck railings replaced. They came out almost right away to measure and answer our questions.They explained the pros and cons of each type if decking. All our questions were answered. We talked about possibly extending the present deck and replacing the current wood floor. Very reasonable estimate and cost was just what we were told. Workers were professional and gard working and it was horribly hot and humid. Work was excellent. We will be hiring them again to extend the deck in the fall. This is a busy time of year and they still got us in quickly. Very professional and excellent work and communication

Outstanding

Randy and his team are very busy and work hard. They made the time to tear off our old cedar deck and installed new ledger boards while my house was being resided. How they coordinated with the siding contractor was impressive and much appreciated! Randy has an eye for what the customer would like in the deck project and we felt very comfortable asking him “what would you do” when it came to design and finishing options. Our new maintenance free deck is beautiful and gets quite a lot of attention from the neighborhood walkers! We are not tired of hearing “wow, your deck looks great! Who installed it?” We are going to miss having his crew around! Next year I plan on him putting in a paver patio for our fire ring! Five stars from me and my wife!
