Hearthstone Luxury Pools + Outdoors

My company has been performing landscape design and installation for Hearthstone for about 10 years. It has been awesome to work with Brad and his team on so many amazing pools. As a designer, Brad has incredible vision, and is not afraid to come up with ambitious designs, then execute them in the field. Some of the pool we have gotten to work on were truly mind-blowing. My company has also worked with multiple other pool contractors over the past decade, and I see them lean towards conservative designs and simple builds, often missing the potential for a truly amazing space. If you want a pool area that is well thought-out that presents beautifully, I would recommend using Hearthstone for your project!

Our experience with Brad at Hearthstone Luxury Pools exceeded our expectations and I would recommend him without hesitation. The end result was beyond what we ever could have imagined. It truly is our family’s personal paradise. It really was a collaborative effort throughout the process and his design skills are second to none. He also connected us with Ryan @ Planet Earth Designs (who I also highly recommend) to complete the landscaping portion of the project. Any issues we encountered along the way, which there inevitably will be with a project of this magnitude, Brad worked directly with us to resolve. As the project progressed, we had several additions beyond the original agreement including adding a fire pit to match the spa. Brad accommodated every request. I’m so grateful to Brad and Hearthstone Luxury Pools for creating such a beautiful space for our family to make memories for years to come.

My wife and I met with Brad at a home we were considering purchasing to have him provide an estimate of the cost to install a new pool. We did not end up purchasing that home, but the experience we had with Brad leading up, and including that walk-through was fantastic. He was very flexible with scheduling to meet us to do the walk-through, and he took the time to step through possible complications with the install (which I appreciated since we all know those things can happen!), as well as options for a pool. He was very positive in his approach and did not try to apply any pressure to move forward with his company. You can tell that Brad loves what he does and will do everything possible to provide a positive experience in working with his clients. Based on my experience working with Brad, I would highly recommend his company.

Brad has been awesome to work with. He listened to our needs and wants regarding the pool. His rendition of the pool after our meetings was spot on. He is very thorough in his explanations of the pool is designed, built and operates. When searching for a pool builder, relationship is a very important factor. Brad is the factor that makes the journey of pool building with Hearthstone a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. Brad runs his business with honestly and integrity, I would recommend Hearthstone to anyone wanting a beautiful pool and a company that know how to build it.

I previously rated Hearthstone with 2 stars. This was a result of incomplete work and poor communication throughout the build process. The rating was driven by the poor performance of a project manager which the owner had to part ways with. Finding good workers is difficult these days so I will give Hearthstone a hall pass on that. Brad, the owner, recognized the employee was not up to his high performance standards and corrected the situation. Brad has stood behind his work and has not abandoned me or a few punch list items well after most of the project was completed. The pool is beautiful and it's good to know the owner takes pride in his work and is there for support well after the sales has been made.

Brad is very focused and particular. Everything has to be perfect and that is what I love about this company. Their attention to detail is great!
