Mahyar is a professional who you never will regret hiring. He has helped me with all my construction projects, including renovations, rehab, and new construction projects. He is the go-to person for all my project structural and construction requirements. He is super knowledgeable in his domain and much beyond. I have to say some of the technical details cannot be accomplished without his expertise and creativity, a lot of them not imagined by regular contractors. As a fact, I know he came from commercial construction which entails a thousand folds of complexity compared with regular residential construction. I am just glad that he is taking his precious time and expertise to help people in the field. Not to mention, he is a very kind person, someone who puts the interests of other people in front of his own. I can always trust his guidance and opinions. The best part is that his rate is more than reasonable than most of the other quotes presented, not to mention how many hours he dedicates himself to all his projects. I wholeheartedly recommend Mahyar and his firm to anyone.

Very knowledgeable. Iâ ve dealt with a lot of Structural Engineers. His ability to relate complex situations into easy to understand explanations clearly shows how knowledgeable he is. His background in construction adds a constructability component that is unmatched. Highly recommended. .
