I recently chose Harford Custom Homes to renovate the master bathroom in my 1900s home. With the complexity of the age of the home, I believed the dreams I had would be unachievable. Joe and Kyle made it happen! Not only do they have incredible attention to detail, bringing my dreams to a reality, they are always available. If I had a question or concern regarding any step of my project, they were a call or text away. If I felt like something wasnâ t exactly the way I dreamed, they fixed it - no questions asked. They additionally worked timely to get my project done in just a few weeks! I cannot express how pleased I am with Harford Custom Homes and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a custom job done. No matter how big or small, old or new. Thank you Joe and Kyle!

I waited so long to write this review because honestly I was so discussed with the entire bathroom remodel. So many mistakes and half assed work was done. I had to hire another company to come in and redo the drywall work because it was so bad. We had so many issues after they left with leaking pipes and the best part was the brand new toilet got clogged after 5 flushes because the drywall that got into the pipe during the remodeling process was jammed down the pipe instead of taking a shop vac and cleaning it out. I did say that I wasnâ t in a rush to get this bathroom remodeled, but the guy took advantage of that and showed up roughly 2 hours each day, or didnâ t show at all. I did call Joe a few times about this and he was always nice and apologized. He did come back with Kyle to help finish the job, and after the shower leaked into the basement, Kyle came back and fixed that too. Still wouldnâ t recommend this company.

New floor put down, but did not put any thresholds in doorways. New ceiling tiles installed with numerous chips. Dry walls are still wavy in some areas, should have been sanded more. My basement was flooded 2X's, they couldn't have helped more during that time, they were responsive and communicated well with me even though they only came approximately 2 hours a day so it was months getting to where they left. Joe asked for the final payment before I could go and look, I paid him and then the trouble began. It has taken me hours to get the paint and dry wall gunk off of the newly installed floor. I must say Kyle came back and painted over some issues and filled in the holes that were not completed. The thresholds have still not been installed. Had they not given me such a hard time and finished the work, I would have given them a much higher rating.

Remodeled our old bathroom to look like new. Will use them again for other projects.

After they did my kitchen, I am now asking them to do other projects around my house

Joe and the guys were responsive and had great attitudes. The work was done beautifully at a fair price. Most importantly, no drama and always returned calls and answered questions when asked in a polite manner. Hard to find in the construction industry.
