As Linda said, Scott was heaven sent! We needed interior work done (walls and floor) on an added room. All set for winter now with a fully usable room. A supporting post in the carport was also replaced. All the work was completed at the estimated time and cost. We could not have been more pleased. Smiles from us everytime we walk into the room. Scott was terrific to work with, I changed a couple of things with the design in mid installation and he worked them out with no issues at all. Have been in the construction management myself for over 40 years and can really appreciate the way he handles his business.

The installation of my fence and gate was great. The fence was done on time, the cost was not over budget and I'm very happy with my fence and gate. Scott went above and beyond in the area of customer service. He offered cost saving tips on other home projects. He is very personable and kept me updated throughout the process. The owner Scott was a pleasure to work with, he spent plenty of time going over all aspects of my project and even gave me some pointers on some DIY projects as well. His workmanship and attention to detail went above and beyond. My fence looks beautiful!! I'm looking forward to working with Happy Home Care on future projects.

Scott is the consummate professional; he communicated what needed to be done every step of the way. We had a major issue with moisture in the bathroom floor, a toilet was incorrectly installed years ago, as he got deeper into the repair, the full extent of the problem was clear, he explained fully what needed to be done every step of the way. I am confident this repair will last the life of the house. Scott will be doing other repairs for me.
