The initial day of installation went well, except the foreman/crew leader/ guy in charge never introduced himself to tell me this and if I hadn't asked about my roof ventilators, they would have removed them. They left that day without saying exactly when they would be back to finish. They ended up putting a tarp over the roof due to rain, but they didn't properly secure it (one end tied to my satellite dish they removed and placed on my patio). The clean up was less than satisfactory. They have been back out three times and still have not satisfactorily completed the job.

Please let us know if you are having anymore issues with your roof and I will guarantee we get this fixed. I'm sorry the installation team made a few errors on your install and we will make sure to address this with our employees so it does not happen again.

My experience was awesome. The workers were really nice. Once they got done I walked the house and asked them to come back out because I wanted more caulking around the flashing. They came right out and had a great attitude about it. I used them before in the past and because of their excellent customer service, I went with them again. I have nothing bad to say about them.

The process takes too long.The work and the quality of material was excellent.The job was performed in one day, it took two month for the process. The worker was very professional,great job guys.
