On our request, the salesman, Tom Reynolds, made a home visit and demonstrated the various window replacement options. He measured the window openings, we agreed upon a price, and signed the contract giving 10% down. Another company representative came by our house a few days later to double check the measurements Tom had taken. A representative of the company called about one week before to schedule a date to install. A five-man crew arrived right on time, were dressed appropriately for their work, and were very polite throughout. The few questions we had during the installation were answered thoroughly and with genuine concern for our satisfaction. Once the work was completed, the crew completely cleaned the work area, made sure we were satisfied with the installation, and departed. Mr. Reynolds came by for a post-installation inspection and we gave him the balance for the work performed. A very pleasant experience.

We contracted with them to do the complete job but they only charged us when they installed each window, which I really liked. We have a lifetime guarantee with hurricane resistant windows. We have also been saving $30 a month on our electric bill.

The price was a little high but I am very pleased with the work overall. Their responsiveness left me a little disappointed because I called when I found out one of the windows was leaking and it took them a couple days to come back. Besides that they are a professional company and they are good at what they do.

My overall opinion of Paramount is variable. That is to say that some of their contractors were really good and unfortunately the site manager wasn't so knowledgeable nor helpful. I had to keep tabs on the progress to get as close to what I wanted as possible.

There have been a lot of good things said about Paramount around our neighborhood, so we thought we would give them a chance. We were happy we did because they did a wonderful job with the replacement. The crew arrived on time and seemed very eager to get to work. The project was done very cleanly, so there would not be a huge mess at the end of the day. The new siding looks fantastic, and we have recommended their services to friends.

They did a professional job of installing the new windows. They were very quick and were in and out in no time. I haven't had any problems with the new windows. The crew that came out was friendly and they were well educated. They seemed to be very experienced.

They really did a good job. There were not any leaks around the gutters, and finally the rain went where I wanted it to go. The crew was hardworking men who got the work done real fast. They cleaned up all of their mess and they were real respectful.

There were two workmen that showed up for the job, and they were both on time. One of them left half way through the job and did not come back. The one remaining man could not finish on his own in a single day, so he had to put plywood over the picture window and finish the next day. The work was well done, but it took longer than it should have, and it was far too expensive.
