Very disappointed. I thought he was more honest and would do a more professional job. I don't feel he did what he said he would do.

Unfortunately, us handymen cannot make the world of every single person happy! I did what was asked of me. You bought the material and still were not happy... Believe me, even in the future? I would never go back to help you in any way. I gave you an estimate and much more than what we said and you still complain I should have charged you extra for the extra work I did. There are bad and good customers... Unfortunately, you are not a good customer.

Came out on Saturday, 12/28/19, did the repair. I paid him. Did not have his receipt book, said he would email it to me. After numerous texts, emails, phone calls, he never sent me a receipt. The receipt was for tax purposes.

I hired Ricky to add a wall and door for my home office, and replace the door to the garage and added rain gutter. Ricky did a wonderful job on my project! I am very satisfied with the results. He was very professional, polite, very detailed and hard working. He asked me questions on how I wanted things done before he did the work, I would never thought of these questions otherwise and I really appreciated that! Ricky also kept me informed if he was going to be late due to long lines at Home Depot and stores, etc, he is very reliable! Iâ d definitely recommend him to my friends and will hire him again for my future home improvement projects.

Ricky was very professional, kept his word. If he was running late he kept us informed. His trailer broke down one day and he paid to rent one the next day in order to keep our job going. We also added several items and he priced them fairly and cared about each one. We would highly recommend him for any handyman job. He not only took out old concrete and poured new but painted our fence and is coming back to build a pantry in our kitchen and a couple of other indoor project. We highly recommend Ricky!!
