Andrew was awesome. The job ended up to be more than we anticipated, but he stuck with it and made sure floors were free of mold. Had to fix the josts replace floor base before actually reinstalling the flooring. Washed much of the flooring to ensure no mold was present. Ran a dehumidifier to dry wood out as much as possible. Reinstalled the flooring & you would never know there had been a problem. I would recommend Andrew to anyone including my family & close friends. He has been doing this type of work for over 20 yrs, so is a wealth of knowledge & willing shared so I understood exactly what the issues were. Cleaned up ever bit of the house & carport where he worked. He truly was amazing! So Blessed I hired him. Glad to know there are still such hard workers in these times when many try to rip you off with poor quality work at astronomical prices.

Andrew was very punctual and texted to let us know he was on the way. We had some damage to the laminate and he did a great job replacing the damaged boards and repairing some other areas where the boards could not be replaced.
